This policy covers ClefBench. Contact support@clefbench.com about privacy, account access or deletion.
When you compare a task, ClefBench sends its text and questions to OpenRouter and the model provider: Cloudflare for Clef and Clef-flash, TypeSafe for Jev. These services handle your information under their own terms and privacy policies. Remove personal and confidential details before submitting anything.
Guest and free-account runs require sharing. Before running, a checked, locked control explains that you are submitting the task, questions and model answers for community review. Running a free task accepts this sharing requirement. Administrators can inspect saved content, retained for 30 days. This does not create a personal history or guest result-recovery service.
Subscribers have sharing off by default and may enable it for a run. Shared content can appear publicly only after an administrator approves it. Incomplete or failed comparisons cannot be published. Your name, email and network reference are never included in the community display. Older private submissions remain private.
Approved submissions remain public until removed. Other submissions expire after 30 days; rejected or unpublished submissions expire 30 days after review. Our maintenance worker deletes expired content. Contact support with the task date and a short description if you want your content removed. Do not send confidential material again. Public content may have been copied by others before removal.
Subscribers can recover a paid result for up to ten minutes after an interrupted connection. Only the same account can read it. After ten minutes it becomes unavailable and is deleted shortly afterward. With sharing off, paid task inputs are not stored and results are not submitted to the community. If sharing is enabled, the task and results follow the community retention and review rules above.
Our fixed benchmark datasets and recorded demo examples are kept separately from community submissions. Community review confirms suitability for publication, not answer accuracy.
We keep your account email, sign-in details, paid subscription periods and the usage information needed to apply limits and handle charges. Credit activity includes grants, reservations, returns, model identifiers, input-token counts and credits charged. These billing records contain no private task text or model answers and remain separate from the ten-minute result recovery window. We use a protected reference to your internet connection to manage free-trial limits; these usage records do not include its full address. Our hosting providers may keep separate access records under their policies.
Stripe handles payment details. ClefBench keeps payment references and subscription rights, not full card details. We may retain billing and limited usage information to handle disputes and accounting obligations. Contact support about retention or deletion requests.
Essential cookies support sign-in and preferences. We do not use advertising cookies or optional visitor analytics. See our cookie policy.
You can delete your account from settings. We first stop future subscription charges; if cancellation cannot be confirmed, deletion pauses until we can resolve it. We take steps to protect your information but cannot promise absolute security. Contact support promptly if you suspect someone has misused your account.
